Agreement to Terms Simply Set Apart Creations (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Text and Email Alerts We respect your privacy and will not overwhelm you with excessive advertising. By providing your contact information, you agree to receive promotional messages, coupons, discounts, and necessary updates related to your order.

Turnaround Time While we strive to complete orders on time, unexpected delays may occur. If the delay is due to valid reasons, refund requests will not be honored. However, if we deem it appropriate, compensation may be provided as a gesture of goodwill. Turnaround time can range anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks.

Observance of Shabbat We honor Shabbat from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown (CST). During this time, we do not process or review orders. While our website remains active, we recommend refraining from making purchases during these hours. Orders will be reviewed starting Sunday or Monday.

Custom Orders We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any order at our discretion. If we cannot reach you regarding complications with your order, your order may be delayed until we receive a response. Your prompt communication helps ensure smooth processing.

Custom Shirt Designs We offer custom designs for both bulk and single orders. Please note that refunds are not available for custom orders. By initiating a custom order and making a payment, you agree not to request a refund under any circumstances once production has started. If a refund is requested, you will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the shirt, time, and shipping.
