Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3-9 business days. Please note that custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design. We will communicate any significant delays directly with you.
Shipping Methods and Times We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the chosen method and your location. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Shipments We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address error occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to attempt a correction before shipping.
Damage or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or details of the missing items to assist with resolving the issue.
Shabbat and Holiday Shipping We observe Shabbat from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown (CST) and do not process or ship orders during this time. Additionally, shipping may be paused on select Holy Days. Orders placed during these times will be processed starting the next business day.
